Subject: Can big guy's climb walls? Tue 24 Jul 2012 - 11:16
Read a post on Warseer that assumed they couldn't as they are classed as animals, but i didn't think they were.
We play they can climb suitable sized ladders, ramps or stairs, but as i have only ever used a troll with Init 1 so climbing never came up as an option.
What do you guy's with Ogres and Minotaur's etc play?

I really don't see how they could be classed as animals I like your limiting them to stairs fitting in size. but if I'm not mistaken, the only rules affecting large dudes (other then the "large" rule) would be hiding, and climbing through windows. where the rules in both cases state that the model must fit more or less. Or something like that

Animals can't climb. Kroxigors are large AND have a special rule Animal. Rat Ogres do not. Ogres do not. Trolls do not. Minotaurs do have a rule titled Animal but may earn experience AND have a high initiative. We always let them climb even if they are animals.
