Monte Castello is a town in the Warhammer World (on the south-east coast of Tilea) - Blessed Knight's Empire army is based there, so it can regularly attack Sartosa.

looks really good, great sculpting but i fear the wood grain may not be big enough and will get lost when painted, nice idea though

I doubt that ^^ I made my own bases for my miniatures, and it works just fine, really fine actually.

This is a very nice model, I am truely impressed. Great idea and well executed! Thanks or sharing this with us all, a great inspiration.

Ahh, ships ala warhammer style, loveley sculptjob!! Just working on a stranded ship on top of a gianttree, and what you´ve done is exactly what i have in mind about this ship, all in all a great job, cant wait to see it painted, awesome!

lol! i didn't know that. Here in Italy "Monte Castello" is the name of a couple (or maybe more) of real places. Not near the sea but near at least a mountain: infact Monte Castello is, translating literally, Mount Castle. This is why i tought a big boat would be strange there... geek
