PitFighterTrainer is BACk!

Ok, after years of being off of forums (5 years now), and not playing Mordheim, I am back. Along with me, my old website, yeoldecuriosityshope.com, has been renamed and is in the process of being updated with all new information. Link below...

I am now getting my son, who is now 12 and smart enough to use tactics, into playing Mordheim. He is very smart, and is on his way to holding his own without my help. Yes, he beat me last match.

Also, I have inherited some terrain. Free Terrain and mini's!
6 or 7 Resin Ruined Buildings
Master Maze Room and Passage Set, Advanced Room Set, Cavernous Passages Set, Cavern Set, Wicked Editions Set, Advanced Builder Set and Traps Set.
Then, I received a stack of WD Magazines and a full set of the Town Cryers.
And two boxes of blisters and boxed sets of mini's!

Couple this with the fact that I had a few mini's anyways, and my totals are above 700 mini's now! My wife isn't too happy, but she knows it's my hobby.

I tend to favor the Pit Fighters and Kislevites mainly, as I have warband units for them.

I also have enough to field most warbands except for the SoS. I only have about 3 or 4 female models in the lot, possibly more, but who knows how to differentiate dwarven women from men? Don't they both have beards?

Updated Pics of my units, terrain and miscellaneous items are on that website as well! Hopefully, I can get back into this community I missed so much. Now all I need to is get some paints to start getting these models into shape!

Welcome back! I've returned to the game relatively recently as well. Looks like you've jumped back into things at a full sprint. You should be kept busy for quite some time.

He he, Dwarf chicks with beards. This is something we frequently annoy our Dwarf player with.

Be my guest, Amigo! BUT, in this case, imitation is a GOOD reason for a psychological reevaluation.

Pitfightertrainer is an old school player. We were in the same gaming group back in Houston Texas. Man, those were fun times playing and having you guys over and eatting pizza and snacks.

He does some great conversion worked and made terrain pieces for our group.

He also had a website called Ye Olde Curosity Shop and pretty cool.

Thanks everyone! Hopefully I can get some pictures updated, warbands completed, and battle reports sent in. I am starting a Kislev Warband as I type, and should have it's first game under way tonight. Maybe even two games. They are taking on the Bearded Gnome Warband (Yes, that's a Dwarven Warband, aptly named by my Captain, as he doesn't seem to be too fond of the shorter folk...) for the first time, so it should be interesting.

Andy! You need to head down here and play some Mordheim again. Maybe we can pull a certain Skaven/Undead fanatic away from WoW long enough to thrash him.
