Firstly I would like to say sorry. It been a long time out from here but we are living bad times. Ulrich is in hospital for a surgery and a relative has passed away so... we can not be 100% focus on that.

As we said on Kickstarter, orders will be delayed, anyway we hope be able to send all parcels in March.

We have some deadleines to announce:

• 
  The 9th of February Kickstarter and Late Pledge orders to be taken at Hispania Wargames 2018 show, must be done please.
  
  The 24th and 25th of February Lastsword will be at Hispania Wargames 2018 show with a stand. You will get all our products and a few ammount of Elven Lords going to be offer there.
  
  The 6th or March we gonna close Kickstarter and Late Pledge, so it won't be able to place new orders. Then we will be doing and sending parcels.
  

Little by little we gonna take back the blog and publish new articles.

I know, It was a long time from the las time. I am realy sorry but we are so busy with kickstarter campaign and Hospitals. By the way, Asdarel is felling better now.

Now, we have a new  partnership, Warband Miniatures. We are working together to develope more miniatures. This is its last crowdfundig campaign, Sisters of Serens.

That's great news! I've been looking to get the Sisters of Serens for a while, waiting for the promised second production run, so it's fantastic news that you're giving them a more secure home. I'll be throwing some money your way very soon.

One question concerning the Sisters of Serens Warband and Congregation: The warband is a nice price, 9 minis for 45€ is more than fair imo. How come the Congregation is 90€ for "only" 13 minis? I see there are more different models for the "normal" Sisters, Novices and Superior sisters in the Congregation. It's just unexpected as buying a bigger quantity of anything usually results in relatively lower prices.

(p.s. I know the prices for the Sisters are probably made by Warband miniatures. I just hope you might still know something about this)

I think it's a misprint at the top of the page -- the warband pack only contains six (6) sisters, but the first list accidentally claims there are four novices for a total of eight models. It clarifies that it's only six lower down on the page. So actually the Congregation contains a little over twice as many for twice the price.

Still, that's definitely something Last Sword need to correct.

While we are fighting agains with 4.000 elven miniatures in the living room, we have been working in our following project, the Dragon Guard.

This is the first model, is not finished yet, so now is the best momento to know your oppinions, comments and advices, so please... do not be shy and let us know what do you think, please!

That looks pretty damn cool! It looks enough like the good old GW Dragon Princes to potentially fit with an existing army, or it'd make a fine elite unit on its own. Or good proxy Phoenix Guard or White Lions -- or Dark Elf Black Guard, painted right.

I also really like that you're making these kits cross-compatible, so the possibilities double each time. Is there a plan to release the Dragon Guard with different weapons options? I'm just thinking that a sea-monster themed/corsair-flavoured elven force might be a neat little project & the Dragon Guard look like a starting point for that.

As for advice... Keep adding stuff like this! I'm keen to see what you might do with elven cavalry...

It difficult to fit new weapons in a mold. That is our main problem.

We gonna do another unit with two hand sword at the moment. Anyway, we will see what can be fitted in a mold
