My Dwarf Treasure Hunters

Hi everybody!

I present my new Dwarf Treasure Hunter warband, who had their first successful experience in the city of Mordheim, winning all three games played!
They excell in toughness and steadfastness! Real 'Ard Boys!



The lads all together.




Dwarf Noble Lord Hugo Waard. Went Rogue long ago, relentless in his hunt for gold to reclaim his old family honor.




Engineer Theofiel. The deadliest gunner in the city, but a real huggy bear for his brothers, he keeps the group together.




Erik, the Trollslayer. He knows no fear, maybe a bit to brave for his own good, allready lost an eye and an arm in his first fights, maybe be a bit more careful next time?




Meet Waldo, the other Slayer. A lot more experienced than his brave young counterpart. Waldo has been a slayer for many years now, his brothers are thinking he's loving life maybe a bit too much, and forgot about his Deadwish?




This is Kiezel, a lonesome Dwarf Ranger, picked up by Hugo on his way to the city long ago. Been living in the wild for a long time, he's not very communicative with the other dwarves, maybe that's why
Hugo and him got along the first time!




Finally this is Huppert, a young Beardling only interested in the promised glories of Mordheim, the reality would claim to be very different, and luckily his older brother Godfried (coming soon!) came along to keep his brother out of harms way!

OUTSTANDING! That's the first Scibor Mordheim War Band I've seen. The Vertically Challenged Lads really look the part...GREAT paint jobs & bases. VERY WELL DONE!

Nice to see someone paint up some Scibor minis, and they turned out nice also. They certainly fit the Mordheim-scenario better than the armour-clad GW-minis. Huppert turned out especially nice!

This is a great looking warband

ha! I didn't know you had an account here. Doesn't matter though, next time your dwarfs won't get away that easy.
Plus Erik still has two legs and an arm he can loose :p

They never get away easy,... Short leg syndrome you know!
Rats on the contrary, they ran away all the time, luckily Dwarfs have guns!

Ha, it just has a nice ring to it! and Waard meaning value as well, good name for a dwarf!

The older brother of Huppert, Godfried, came after his brother Huppert, and promised his father he would keep him safe from harm.





And another group member, Doris, in charge of the booze in the front ranks, them stunties do like their liquor, even in midst of the fighting.
They got another dwarf in charge of the ale for the shooting lads, you'll see him a bit later!




ps. pictures a bit worse then last time, moved to another place, and have to find a good spot to take pics yet...

that's a really nice warband, the sculpts work splendidly for Mordheim and are very well painted.

Normaly I don't like names on the bases but yours are rather charming.

You actually got a hardy laugh with these two. The Guys have an abundance of personality; they could single handedly account for Dwarfkind's dour reputation. VERY WELL DONE!
