Skavenblight's Dwarf Treasure Hunters

I hope it's ok that I post my other warbands in another topic Though I have only 5 warbands [6 in progress], I've painted more minis for friends.

This is the first warband I was proud of Dwarf Treasure Hunters. I've painted them for my boyfriend in December 2007. Maybe they could be better but I still like them

GREAT selection of minis, EXTREMELY well painted in a FINE choice of colors, BEAUTIFULLYbased, AND personalized with EACH mini being named. If there's a WAY to improve them, I don't see it. VERY NICE WORK! Your boy friend IS ONE LUCKY DUDE!

BTW I LOVE the way you did the Slayers!

I second DeafNala: well chosen minis. I especially like the dwarf with the barrel under his arm (member of the WHFB dwarf cannon crew?) and the slayers. And all are very good painted. Cheers

I know this warband from tabletopwelt.de. I was already impressed then and I am still now.

And yeah, you should make a seperate topic for each warband and maybe one for Hired Swords only. That will make sure that they all get the attention they deserve!

Ich und Kapitan Hak, dem diese Zwerge eigentlich gehoren von anderen weiss ich nicht. Niemand will heute Deutsch lernen

Meine Freundin hat "Integrierte Europastudien" studiert. Den Studiengang gibt es in der osteuropäischen Ausrichtung, da lernt man sogar Polnisch (muss lernen). Bei Nachbarländern ist es immer was anderes aber generell würde ich wohl auch niemandem empfehlen Deutsch zu lernen, ziemlich schwer dafür, dass es nicht so viel (auf der Welt) gesprochen wird. Polnisch soll aber auch der hammer sein. Ein Freund von mir (ursprünglich aus Polen) hat Japanisch gelernt und ein bißchen Chinesisch, aber Polnisch (was er kaum kann) findet er übelst schwert, mit den 7(?) Fällen, Nachnamen werden dem Geschlecht angepasst und was weiß ich.. üble Sache.

Deutsch ist doch viel einfacher als Englisch Immer wenn ich hier etwas schreibe, muss ich mir das lange überlegen, um moglichst wenige Fehler zu machen, obwohl ich Englisch seit 6. Lebensjahr lerne Deutsch ist nicht so problematisch, weil ich Germanistik studiere und diese Sprache ist für mich sehr klar und logisch. Nicht so wie Englisch

Polnisch ist wirklich schwer, aber hat Vorteile - wenn man gut Polnisch spricht, wird man auch in der Slowakei und Tschechischen Republik verstanden

Aha, Germanistik-Studentin! Du schummelst!

Aber hier im Forum sind viele, die kein perfektes Englisch sprechen/schreiben (mich eingeschlossen). Die Leute hier sind aber nett und tolerant und das ist absolut kein Problem.

Ich findest das falsch. Deutsch has vier Fälle! das ist viel! mein deutsch ist nicht perfektes, so ist mein Englisch, aber ich finde Englisch viel einfacher. Ich kann das nicht auf Deutsch erklären, zwar.

I don't speak German unfortunately, but I do know some great minis when I see them. Very impressive warband there Skavenblight.
