Villa 2 WIP

my 2nd villa (1st one here https://boringmordheimforum.forumieren.com/t5900-villa-october-30-2011)
ground floor: courtyard, stairs, store room, kitchen, women's quarters, toilet, stables
external windows high and half the size
tile work more random and "rustic"
(ladder to upper floor above stables will be added post paint; rubble later)
upper floor: living room, master bed, storage, men's quarters above stables
tile work "richer"/more patterned
roof section next for construction, framed with minimal or no roof tiles
not pictured: removable gate and store room doors + upper floor entry door
tree will be added to courtyard corner post paint
may add well to courtyard

That is a WONDERFUL piece with TREMENDOUS potential...even as a W.I.P., it's pretty wonderful. All the interesting angles & subtle details will reward the viewer with something new each time it is seen. GREAT WORK!

Looking really nice. I love the window sections, something a little different from the norm.

then I didn't have motivation to work on roof
but I got back to it and finished construction (finally)
it's 2.5" at peak (same height as my other floors)
some of the framing is not cut out because I was going to add roof tiles so those sections wouldn't be seen
then changed my mind after glue had dried and added more planked sections instead
perfect for archers
access from men's quarters above stable and from main living room on 2nd level
the roof is a fully playable 3rd level to this building
