Not exactly, you can still cut it with a knife. I remarked that many people think you can't work putty after it dried, but you can still improve it after it has dried.

Mostly putty can be removed, most of the time it isn't like glue.. I mean the stickyness

I removed one of the vampires daggers and gave the dreg heavy armour, is that a good choice? and can you give me some advice on the rest?

Btw. I want to add one more helmet.. but what could I do away for that?

If I may, I'd suggest you lose the heavy armour and get a second Dreg instead.

Why? Because the more heroes you have, the more money you get and thus, the more heavy armours you will be able to afford in due time.

Also make sure you use the same ratios of "blue" and "yellow" and mix well. That is very important.
