Hello!

My roomie and I were thinking about hosting a campaign since our battles are a bit pointless, only having people craving the best gear, skills and stats, resulting in most just sacrificing henchmen to get to the exploration quickly to earn the real gc.
I find that a bit problematic, and would like some more fun to be implemented in the game again, which we had a lot of when we had a six player campaign.

This time, I wouldn't mind it being in Lustria instead of the City of the Damned!
That's why I reach out to you, to hear if you have any experience with the Lustria setting; what scenarios to play, what warbands to allow, what exploration table to use, what weapons should be what rarity, etc. (dw., I'm aware that there's a whole book about it, but now I'm asking for advice from someone who've used it or something alike ^_^)
I'm mostly a fan of making my own things - I write a lot of scenarios, but I don't mind getting some inspiration from existing scenarios, or use some made already.

If you got any ideas for a Lustria campaign, please write them here, I'd appreciate that greatly!

Thanks a bunch! I used the search function in a wrong way, I can see, since I didn't find those threads! Razz

I doubt you did anything wrong with the search function, although the workings of most forum search functions are a mystery to me...

Yeah von Kursts campaigns are fantastic.

The game reports, especially with pictures are so often over the top awesome.

I only played the Miragleans as Tilean and used the dark elf assasin hired sword.

The Tileans are strong but fair as the assasin. I also played against amazons and lizardman, which i also liked. They are also a little bit more strong but who cares.

In my opinion it is important to reward winning. Campaign points are a good tool as are special rewards for winning special scenarios. I do not like those hero protecting playing styles. Heroes need to be heroes, of course clever and not self sacrificing, but they need to be important in the game.

So good luck with your project.
