The names of many Regiments of Renown have gone down in the history of the Old World- The Alcatani Fellowship, Ruglud's Armoured Orcs, The Birdmen of Catrazza, Bugman's Rangers and Voland's Venators to name but a few. Each of these regiments began as a small company of heroes, determined to carve out a name for themselves and leave behind them a legacy of noble deeds, inspiring acts and incredible tales.

In June, Warhammer World invites you to create your very own Regiment of Renown; a small war band of brave souls, who must battle it out over the day to achieve glory in the blood-stained arena of combat.

Needing a collection of miniatures that comes to 100 points or less, you'll get to play eight games over the course of the day, against other such aspiring regiments. With special rules for playing skirmish games, selecting your regiment,a host of unique "veteran items" for you to model onto your miniatures and a system for progressing your leader towards becoming a true hero, this will prove to be a unique Warhammer experience.

Your ticket covers 8 games over the day, as well as lunch in our restaurant, and the chance to win prizes for gaming, painting and sportsmanship.

Flame On has been playing Kill Team (the 40k version of this) for most of this year and we love it! So we were very excited when Godfather Viktor spotted this rules pack. We have all been working on lists and new models and we will start playing this soon as well!

The Epic Flail ....
I didn't read all of it but THANKS for pointing it out. This might be a good alternative for MH every now and then. Small modelcount and some type of experience-system is all I need!

The names of the veteran items are rather good, eh?

I'm really looking forward to giving it a go!

This looks awesome! I'm gonna talk to the guys at my LGS, and see if we can get something similar going, since a trip to Nottingham is most definitely out of the realm of possibility for me!

Blessed Knight and I are going to give this a go in a week's time (the weekend after Easter). He's either using new Undead or something from his Empire army.

I realised I could be wasting 15 points on the Black Orc champion upgrade, with those points I can get more Black Orcs!!
