Turn waste into SiFi scenery

Hi,

In an other forum some asked how he could easily do cheap SiFi scenery. This in mind i walk through my house and had a lot of ideas how i could do this. Because of this i started building SiFi scenery only with waste. The only worse think about it is that i don´t need SiFi scenery because i don´t play any SiFi Tabletop, i don´t even have any SiFi Miniature. But here are the pictures.

You're my kind of Scenery Guy...I've been rescuing scrap for years now. The stuff looks GREAT! VERY CREATIVE & WELL DONE! Keep up the FINE WORK!
I'm not a SciFi type either, but, if you add some gears & such thingies, the pieces take on a steam-punk look that would also work with minis like Dwarfs (especially the Chaos type) & the Alchemist from Confrontation.

Thank you, the best about it that it takes me only 5-6 hours from the beginning to where i am now. Quite easy, fast, cheap and not so bad looking scenery. I feel sad for have no use for it now because i don´t play steampunk either.

Who knows, your LGS may be interested in taking it off of your hands in exchange for some store credit. Can't speak definitively on this, but I know in the past, the store I go to has done barter like this in exchange for scratch-built terrain for 40K players and the like.

Oh, that container looks great, and since I just ordered new furniture, I got a room full of corrugated cardboard padding! You just gave me the inspiration I needed to find a way to get rid of it without having to go outside

The new thingies do have potential. Keep up the GOOD WORK!
Don't worry about making things that have uses. If you're enjoying the project, you've achieved the object of most hobbies.
