| So I've been a member for a few months, ever since my FLGS began a Mordheim campaign. I've made a few posts, but most of my time here has been spent lurking. About 2 weeks ago, I got laid off rather unexpectedly, so I've had a LOT of free time on my hands, so I got into Mordheim big-time. So, I present the following for your inspection; all are WIP, and are made from whatever I had around. Norse: Jarl and 2 berserkers 2 Bondswomen and werewolf 2 Marauders 3 hunters Orcs-n- Goblins: Boss and Shaman 2 Big 'uns 2 Boyz 2 Boyz with bows Gobbos The beginnings of a merc band (I'm thinking Marienburg) L to R Champion, captain, champion Youngblood and 2 marksmen I also have a Tzeentch themed possessed warband, but they're at the store, so no pics of them for now. Additionally, I've got plans for Undead, Skaven, Dwarven, and (another) possessed warband. I'm currently working on the Norse for their first game this coming Sunday | |

| Its great fun to assemble warbands based on what you have in your collection And it usually ensures a unique appearance I've done it myself now and then, most recently with my carnival of chaos. I look forward to see the progress I especially like the Norse and the Jarl most of all. Also, damn I had a lot of those mini's back in the days. You must have collected for ages | |

| I like the werewolf and Orc Shaman the best. The shaman just made me think of the evil monkey that lives in Chris' closet in family guy. [img] [/img] Probably it's just the pose. | |

| Thank you all for the kind words. I didn't finish the whole band in time for my game yesterday, but I made some pretty good progress, they should be finished up for next weeks game. Here are the 3 that are finished so far (except for the bases; I'll do those all at once) In addition to choosing figures that looked 'right' together, I also chose to use blue to tie the warband together. Some of the figures don't have any cloth, so I went with Woad face paint to get some blue on everybody somewhere. Haldane, Rannulfr, Gundis (Marauder, Berserker, and Bondswoman) better angle shot of Haldane's woad face paint I'm not sure what to do with the bases, though. Standard dirt and grass, cobblestone, some mixture of the two? Thoughts? @ Stronzo: yep, been collecting since I was 10-ish and I'm almost 40 now. I should have enough to keep me painting until i'm 167 or so... | |

| Thank you! And since you asked so nicely... I got these six finished for today's game, the last 2 members will be done for next weeks game. Egor, Garek, and Igus (hunters) Astrid, Magni, and Gunar (Bondswoman, berserker marauder) Still haven't figured out what to do with the bases, though. | |
