Heyho, so here they are. New bad green boys, keen on smashing some 'humies an others. These are my orc heroes, the shaman is missing, because I cannot decide either to buy the gw collections modell with staff oder try to make one on my own with the bits that lying around.
I tried to work with milliput and made bows, the crossbow and a little chest for my boss, to make him look more like authority. Maybe I shuld go out and buy some green stuff, but milliput is cheap and quite usefull, too.

Okay it is not an orc, but this beauty is quite a bodyguard for 80gc. I've found and repainted it in the last days. This is a model from the 90ties, when in the fifth whfb edition greenskin were allowed to have ogres as troops. I wanted to start a regiment, but then with the lack of money, as I was still going to school, things got changed and later on with the 6th edtition the ogres moved to the dogs of war. Luckily I didn't take some pictures of it when I found it , because the painting job was quite ugly. As it always is, when you look on your first models. Now I'm still not quite happy with it, but dare to show it around. I wonder if the model is actually a chaos ogre, because there are three little horns on his forehead....

It's always a treat resurrecting an old mini & treating him/her/it to a fresh coat of paint. The Big Guy looks SPLENDID. WELL DONE!

I like the chest and the skull on the bases. Especially the lifted leg. Leveled bases look great, but often they come in way of the gameplay. I've seen dwarves based on big chunks of bricks - making them tall enough to look out over regular cover. It doesn't seem right - what dwarf carries a brick as part of his equip?! Just saying... But a little something on the bases gives them flavour. Also, can't wait to see how the bows will look painted - how the threads will act.

Nice orc convertions The x-bow is really crude and orcish The skin on the ogre looks good and very "ogre" . A picture taken from a bit higher would be nice, to show his face as well

Thanks for the good comments, I wasn't in painting mood lately, and since my orc bitz are elswere I bought the imperial milita box and tried making a Strelsi gunsman for my kislev project.

Not bad at all It has a really good Kislev feel to it. Might i suggest cutting to tip of the blunderbuss off, to make it look more handgunish other than that, good job

VERY NICE conversion work! You might consider shortening the halberd; re, it was actually a short hafted weapon & doubled as a rest for the hand gun. Other than that it looks very promising. Keep up the GOOD WORK!
