Hi I have a question. Can i choose weapon for my dwarf band from mordheim ? For example: can thanderer use bow or dwarf noble super pistol ( i don't know its name in english but it has +1 to hit and range 10' ).

You need the skill "Weapons Expert" to be able to use shooting weapons - such as the duelling pistol - that aren't on your warband's starting equipment list. There's a similar skill callled "Weapons Training" for hand-to-hand combat weapons. This means such equipment is only available to heroes with experience.
