Sure looks like a fun list, with lots of tricks up the sleeve, from what I can tell. My experience with 8th ed though, is that you need big units, especially when your models have T3... It might be a good idea to beef up the pikemen unit a little at least. Also, I hope that you're posting the list on other forums as well? The response here might be underwhelming.
