Another Undead Warband

Reapers vary a little from sculptor to sculptor, but they match up fairly well to G.W.'s minis. This one I did as a commission along with the Mordheim Necromancer & the Warlock with the candles; he'd be the same height as either one of those Guys except he's has a stooping posture. For a Necromancer the shovel is a nice touch.

So ive had a bit of time to work on a necromancer of my own ... I like him! the question is does he need a staff ....

The basis is a mantic ghoul with an empire head, a fair bit of greenstuff and the skeleton from the GW zombie set. He is alot more battle/priest orientated than some of the more 'royal' looking necromancers, but that fits the warband feel more I think.

VERY NICE conversion. He definitely looks the part; the fact that you like the Guy is a major plus...your opinion is the only one that matters in this case. Staffs are rather cliche in my opinion...maybe you could add a spade in lieu of the staff.

that is a splendid looking necromancer. I recommend leaving the staff at home, it is so cliche to see every wizard with a long walking stick.

Great work, like him, but as alex said, leave the staff, he looks more scary this way.

And After more painting and a new basing technique ive tried out ... here is most of my warband 3 zombies and a warlock then thats in ... although i dont normally use zombies .... urggggggggg

The new bases ROCK...nice change from the standard cobblestone. The Dregs are my favorites in a VERY COOL (appropriate temperature for the Living Impaired) War Band. WELL DONE!
