| So Ive finally had some time to start putting together models for my warband (bit of a way off painting) But I wanted to use this as a bit of an ongoing post for stuff. Hope the images arent too big for people. Dreg 1 - Made up from Vespero's Vendetta Model / Zombie Bits Dreg 2 - Made up from Vespero's Vendetta Model / Zombie Bits (Had to cut off a lot of cloak) Vamp - Vespero, Love this model - With the right paint job I hope he will come out really well. Necromancer - AOW Necro with a Mantic Ghoul hand and zombie staff (I dont like the flame in hand type stuff ...looks a little weird) Comments Welcome Ive been allowed by my gaming group to swap out a Dreg for a Wight! So im looking to convert that soon and add it here. I havent worked with models for a good 10 years or so, so im pretty happy with these - Ive bought the original dregs but I think I may go with these as they are a little closer to the sword/club combo I have on them. Thanks

| EXCELLENT idea...Vespero's Lads make a pretty swanky looking Living Impaired Gang. Your photos would be much more effective, however, if you had them with the minis feet on the ground. | |

| Nice idea. Vesporo's boys seem surprisingly good for the Undead to me! But like DeafNala says, try to post better pictures next time | |

| Thanks MUCHO, Lewis! The repositioned photos really show your fine looking minis off to advantage. Using Vespero's Crew was a stroke of genius...they'd also work nicely as a Carnival Troupe. GREAT STUFF...have fun with the painting. | |

| You could mix and match. The mantic bodies with GW heads have the look of children to me. The large heads bothered me at first, but I'm getting used to the look now. The vendetta models do make a great undead warband, good job. | |

| The Mantic Guys do have better animation & look fine with the G.W. heads. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the dresses they're all wearing, but that's probably just moi. As always have FUN with the painting! | |

| Woun't hurt if you hear it again: The Vendetta-conversions work nice and Vesperos himself makes a good vampire. Creative warband altogether! | |

| Thanks a lot for the kind comments all! Hoping to get my Wight soon! Part of me thinks hbing slow lookin zombies may fit the style more. My ghouls are the old metal ones - so feels a bit strange to have fast zombies and slow looking ghouls | |

| I love those dregs. I also love that fact that they fit in well with your vampire choice custome wise. It looks like the nice master gave his minons a set of new clothes. I like the new necromancer much better than the old one, but the mantic hand is just a little too long. Personally I''d cut down that hand so that the palm almost touches the robe cuff. I'm not sure about the GW zombie heads. What was wrong with the mantic ones? | |

| Hey thanks for the comments, hoping to add an ogre soon . Kid terminal - I found the MANTIC heads a little small in comparison to all my other models an wanted to try to keep the whole look/feel of them similar. Painting will commence hen I get some black spray... Being lazy athe moment :p | |

| Nice conversions and paintjob, i like overall the vampire with his mask and the effect on blades.
P.S: about the pics i think your hand help the camera to focus them that's why it's suggested to put a pencil or pen next the minis

| The Wight has some specific rules from an undead re-write, He definatly adds a punch to the warband - I entered late in my gaming groups campaign and managed to do quite well with them. I think I may make a third dreg soonish just incase. Im still not keen on my necromancer model, hes currently taller than the vamp and just feels mismatched. Any opinions on a good (shorter) robed model i could use or convert? ive considered the Grimas LOTR model with a headswap etc..
Thanks for the feedback!
