Hello, just starting to look into Mordheim

Hello there,

A friend just handed me a print copy of the Mordheim rules a little earlier tonight and after reading that I was excited enough to start digging around online and what do you know, here I am.

I'm pretty sure our local war-hammer club is going to put together a small Mordheim campaign and I'm in the process of trying to pick an army.

Right now I own lizardmen so I was thinking of using them as I wouldn't need to buy any more models. I understand that as an un-official war-band I'll need approval of my group first but regarding lizards specifically does anyone have suggestions for how to put build a good one? And are they out of balance? I can't really tell since I've only played fantasy so far.

Lizzards are nice. Maybe a tad more powerful than the original warbands, but not so much so they should be a serious problem for the other players.

Welcome. There's a bit of Lizard hate out there, it just depends on if its in your group or not. I'm not a big fan of Lizards in Mordheim since I love to set campaigns in the Lustria Cities of Gold setting where they belong
