| Greetings Fellow Travelers of the Old World! I would like to introduce another member of Van Orbrant's Witch Hunter warband. Meet Marius Gausser and his pet, Max ... Marius is a longtime friend of Elberich Van Orbrant and a former knight of the Order of the Everlasting Light who was kicked out of the cursed knightly order after he accused the Head of their Order for being a Chaos cultist. Marius is a devout follower of the precepts of the Church of Sigmar and a sworn enemy of anything chaos. After he was kicked out of his Order on account of his failure to substantiate his accusations, he was drafted by Van Orbrant to join his warband. His dog Max was rescued from some cultists who offered animal sacrifices to Tzeentch and has since been a faithful companion to Marius as well as to Otto and Greta. He vows to one day return to his Order with proof that the Order's Grand Master is really a practitioner of the Dark Arts! I hope you like him. | |

| The Free Lancer is my favorite Mordheim mini...I've gotten to do him up a few times with the prospect of several more yet to be done. Your version of The Man turned out VERY NICELY; I like your choice of colors & the gold has an appealing depth to it. Generally I consider the Bretonnian dog as one of G.W.'s uglier minis; HOWEVER, you did a GREAT job on Max. VERY WELL DONE! | |

| Thank you very much 5pointer and DeafNala for the humbling compliments. @ 5pointer I am pleased to know that my work provides you with some inspiration. There are a lot of talented hobbyists in this forum whose painting skills are far better than mine but I am glad to know that you consider my work inspiring as well. @ DeafNala Your words of encouragement are truly appreciated and valued. I too am a fan of your work, especially Lulu the Waster and the Red Brotherhood. Oh and the self-portrait is adorable! I would also love to see your rendition of the Mordheim Freelance Knight. It is also a personal favorite of mine although for some strange reason, the fig reminds of Miguel Cervantes' Hidalgo Don Quixote of La Mancha. I guess I should also start looking for an appropriate fig for Sancho Panza.

| Greetings Fellow Travelers of the Old World! I would like to share a group shot of Witch Hunter Captain Elberich Van Orbrant, Marius Gausser and their War Hounds, Otto, Greta, Hans and Max... and here's another picture of the group as they corner and interrogate a Chaos cultist... Notice also how Max appears to be more menacing as a War Hound than Otto and Greta? I guess Max really hates these cultists but who can blame him? He was almost sacrificed at the altar of Tzeentch by these scum! I hope you guys like it.

| Max certainly evinces the primal instincts of a Dire Wolf...diminutive size notwithstanding. The group shot is VERY COOL...the Cultist suspect has a full appreciation of his situation. | |

| Greetings Fellow Travelers of the Old World! Here's another member of Van Orbrant's Witch Hunter Warband. Meet Adalhard Ehrlichmann... Adalhard is Van Orbrant's apprentice and is a young Witch Hunter eager to make his mark amongst the Order of the Templars of Sigmar, universally known as the Witch Hunters. He is brash and impulsive in his efforts to eradicate Mordheim of heretics, warlocks, witches, sorcerers, fortune-tellers, necromancers, cultists and worshippers of the Dark Gods, deviants, mutants, blasphemers, sinners, utterers of profanities, servants and consorts of demons and even composers of corrupting music! His youthful and fanatical aggressiveness is a constant source of frustration on the part of Elberich Van Orbrant but his dedication to the precepts of Sigmar and his loyalty to the Order of Witch Hunters is beyond question. He also has cultivated a deep relationship with Marius Gausser who has also taught him in the art and tools of war. He hopes to one day lead his own Warband so that he could enforce his own brand of Sigmarian justice. Here he is with Marius Gausser as they confront a practitioner of the Dark Arts and Poison brewer. I hope you guys like him! | |

| Greetings Speckie! The "evil dude" is Doc Killingsworth of Warmachine Mercs' fame... I also love this miniature and its reference to voodoo imagery!

| Greetings Fellow Travelrs of the Old World! I just recently finished painting another miniature for my Witch Hunter warband. Let me introduce Witch Hunter Baltasar Altmann... Baltasar is not really a member of Elbreich Van Orbrant's warband per se but he occasionally joins Van Orbrant's group in their adventures in the City of the Damned and their forays in the various sectors of Mordheim. Baltasar is an accomplished tracker and woodsman who frequents the Drakwald forests in search of Beastmen. He is by nature a loner who has shunned the opulent and corrupting comforts of civilization. Instead, he lives off the land and prefers the company of the various animals of the forests whom he has learned to communicate with. He carries a sword given to him by Van Orbrant named "The Truth of Sigmar" and he also uses a handgun that was likewise given to him by a master dwarf engineer whom he rescued from a band of Beastmen. Baltasar used to be a pupil of Van Orbrant and he would sometimes heed the call of Elberich and join his former mentor track down specific heretics or cultists in the urban forests of Mordheim. I hope you like him.

| COOL MINI! the pistol reminds me of the Pepper Box, a five barreled hand gun from the 1840s that had the unfortunate tendency to have all five barrels go of at once. VERY NICELY PAINTED! | |

| Greetings Fellow Travelers of the Old World! Last weekend, I was able to finish painting a couple of new flagellants for my Witch Hunter Warband. Here they are: Here's the first flagellant... This miniature is from GW's old metal Flagellants. Here's a closer picture of the same flagellant and his gruesome trophy. Notice also the drops of blood from the recently severed head? Here's the second flagellant... This miniature is from GW's new plastic Flagellants. The new plastic flagellants are so versatile and has so much potential that they could be used to represent a lot of characters. In this photo, the flagellant appears to be a prisoner being escorted by empire spearmen... The same flagellant with my other flagellants. I hope you guys like it! | |

| Greetings Fellow Travelers of the Old World! If there is one thing that I love about the Mordheim game system is the ability of your miniatures to evolve as characters as they battle and progress through the cursed streets of Mordheim. Depending on how they fare in your respective campaigns, characters die and characters mature and grow. The over-all appearance of one's warband consequently becomes determined by your warband's personal story. The fun thing with this concept is that, as a hobbyist you get to reflect this development in your characters and translate them on to your miniatures. The potential for creativity for the hobbyist and the story-teller in all of us is limited only by one's imagination. It is in this vein that I would like to share a recent development in Van Orbrant's warhounds... Hans had already grown and has now joined his mother and father in Van Orbrant's crusade to rid the sterets of Mordheim of evil and their little family has a new member... Wolf! I recently painted a resting German Shepherd (the one on the far right) and I decided to make it Greta while the old Greta (the one on the far right) became Hans. The old Hans (actually the very young Hans) became Wolf and is seen in this picture comfortably resting beside his mother. Otto is still the one in the middle. Here's another picture of Otto, Greta and Wolf... I am actually thinking of retiring Greta from the perilous task of hunting with Van Orbrant's warband and restrict her to guard duty and to a more domesticated lifestyle. The idea of Van Orbrant hunting only with Hans and Otto appeals to me but will Greta approve of it? Who knows what will happen... I hope you guys like it! | |

| I vote to let Greta take a maternity leave...puppies, other than the SICK PUPPY variety, aren't really very Mordheimy. VERY COOL stuff nonetheless! | |
