Yet another question, sorry to bombard the forums with this stuff, but our crew (read: me) tends to pick stuff apart and plan for every contingent question that may pop up at a game
Rhinox mounts for Marauders / Maneaters / Etc.. seem pretty amazing. Not to mention that a "rhinox" gives me a fantastic opportunity to place my champion of Arkhar on the back of a Juggernaut of Khorne
From a game balance perspective there are concerns as to how this works, however. When the rhinox charges over half its move, it generates D3 S5 hits against the target unit, in a very similar fashion to chariot impact hits from WHFB 6th ed.
Do these hits occur prior to h2h or on the models normal initiative order? I hope its the latter, because otherwise the potential can be devastating. If it IS in initiative order, is this based off the initiative of the rider or the beast itself?
Also, what if a model charges multiple units? Do each receive the impact hits or is it a single D3 distributed in some manner?
Any insight or experience on how this has been played in the past would be much appreciated. Thanks again!!
