| This is my little secret...
I will only tell you if you promise not to do the same at the University of New South Wales (In Sydney)
I contacted the faculty of Built Environments and asked what they do with the old projects and models that students leave behind.
And well...
Every 6 months I lift a significant ammount of seriously high quality models most of which look near perfect for the mordheim terrain (The biggest challenge is turning a highly developed modern design into one that feels a bit more... Mordheim like)
Try it out at your local University! If anything it's great for scrap! | |

But I'm most certain it's true.. I'm a graphic designer, and back in the days of university, students from other careers (mostly Industrial Designers and Architects) always had the University halls full of models and concept buildings.. (In my University, it was common to see buildings with styles more suited for Eldar, Tau, dark eldar than for mordheim, but hey... ) | |

If you are looking for free foamcore and balsa wood (not so much, but mainly the foamcore) let me know.
I have more foam core than I know what to do with.
Granted, it isn't that tantalisingly crisp uncreased foamcore you find in an artstore but rather the same stuff just... with a badly made poster glued onto one side. (all old works that students have thrown away)
However, the price is nearly free!
You can pay in 1 of 2 ways.
#1 - On a Saturday or Sunday every few months you come help me and my team (of 2) collect the works and dismantle them to a large extent. (under the supervision of university representatives who make sure we are only taking the thrown out works)
