Thatirwinfella's terrain (completed)

i think i lightly painted in a dark/dull grey, slowly. i'd done a few practice/imaginary strokes to check letter spacing. Once i was happy with the basecoat, I started doing the same in a light grey. The lines on the end of the letters are just that... lines. I didn't go for any fancy angles as they wouldn't have looked good at a distance and there was too much potential to stuff it up.

so basically, a few coats, build it up, practice and make it simple. I can't paint fancy stuff so why try?

Great idea. *duh* I like that a lot. I always started with very contrasting colors... Starting dark is a great idea.
