Yarrghhhh...Thar be Pyrates!

Well its been a bit since I posted a teaser picture of this Ship in my WIP pirate thread. But I got the bug to try and get her finished up after looking at THIS site. This is my first attempt at building a ship, and I already have some ideas for another one with different improvements etc.

I still have plans to add 2 more masts, a figure head, some cannon portals, windows on the back, rigging, masts etc.

Initially I started to make this so I could have it docked in a harbor board section, but I kind of like the idea of just having it free floating. I might make a smaller version half sunk for a board section..

Anyways, on to the PICS!!

That is an Awesome ship.

I was thinking about making a Pirate like adventure for Mordheim. It's just an idea in my head, but looking at your boat makes me want to start writing it up.

Very nice. Great work on the planking. Those hatches look a might large to place guns on the waist, but you've ample room for gun decks below. And guns fore and aft as well. Gorgeous!

Edit: Just noticed you have doors where your bow chasers ought to be...
