Dark Elves SuperWIP!!! (15x640/480pics)

Here some pics of my SuperWIP DarkElves Warband ... the sprues are taken from DE Battalion for my WHRP Army

The colours for the band will be the same of the ColdOne's.
Blue , Purple and Turquise with great highlights.

SO...have you conned your Girl friend into playing?

We have 2 exams left to finish our university , so after that she will try to listen the rules and something of this fantastic hobby .
I think to have many bretonnian archers for paint exercises!

( If you see, I choose many girl bodies for this band and there is only 1 in each plastic sprue of elven warriors/xbowers , the objective is to give her a more gentle warband )
So I need to work better on highlights to make them more fluid and clean!

And finally ... I need to make a Beastmaster ... I need a gorgeus mini of a semi-naked elf with a whip lol ...!!! (Do you know a good Reaper mini for my cause Doc? )

I would of posted sooner but i have been struck by the putrid god Nurgel and sent to bed rest. Anyway back on to topic there some realy nice models and ill get strait onto the job of looking for a gorgeus mini of a semi naked elf with a whip.

A bit more Naked then i think you were wanting but i think it would be a good model for a beastmaster.

This one has got sword but a much better whip.

so far iv only got to page 6 of female reaper minis so ill have a look again later.

Today I finished to glue the battalion and I hope to finish this beastmaster searching before the other Battalion arrives

(The undead battalion from Maelstorm games shipped today from UK to Italy hihi , plus the Vampire Countess from Avatar of War! )

The next project will be the Undead warband as well and I have some good BG to share with You:

- Alexander's Quest -
Alexandre le Juste is a questing Knight wandering that have passed the confine of Lyonesse/Mousillon ...
He reached the castle of a baron (didn't remember the real name in the Official BG) that has 3 gorgeus daughters.
The baron use to close underground all the people that have contracted the red plague , and secretly collects a very huge force of undeads to attack Lyonesse(he becomes a vampire from the years of the unholy graal)...
In the first night that our proud questing guest passed in the castle , he is approched by one of the baron daughters ...

Alas! She is a vampire too ... ^^' ... and persuade our hero to drink from the unholy chalice.

So here we are...we have got a very unusual warband wandering in mousillon.

this is a MagnoliaFan's conversion of a questing knight champion that I'll try to emulate in this new concept.

-very high and detailed base (25-27mm square) with a lapid with a raising skeleton too ... and the model colored with very very dark colours and a strong OSL starting from the Sword.

Intriguing characters with colorful backstories IS what Mordheim is all about. I for one am looking forward to the evolution of your War Bands AND their story.

The best thing is that the characters really exist in the official BG ... and the age era is the same of the comet ^^.

I'm going to research my notes and post something else , and after ... some new painted miniature as well
