just figured out how to post my pics..bt not sure how to re size them..anyone help me out?

Well, I use Photoshop myself, but there's probably some basic software already on your computer with which you can resize images. The commands are normally pretty straightforward e.g. Picture - Resize or Image - Image size. FWIW, I normally go for 600 pixels wide, 96 DPI and jpeg format for the web.

I think you can resize them while uploading. There should be a drop down list or something where you can choose the size.
Personally, I do it with GIMP (open source photoshop), as I am cutting the excess background anyway.
