Probs a noob question but can someone answer it????

hi just wondering when rolling for experience do HS count for the no. of members in the warband???

and if so does the arabian merchant's body guard count too or as part of the merchants gear????

Nope.

Although I don't quite get what rolling xp has to do with the number of models in your warband. Sure there is a max limit for Heroes of six, but what does it have to do with the overall number of members?

Uh, that makes sense now!

The answer is still "no" though. The more members you have the less money you get from selling wyrdstones/treasures - this represents buying food and repairing weapons etc. Hired Swords are not included in this - they have their own individual upkeep, which you pay them (and they have to buy food etc themselves from that).
