Jack's scenery

Ashton: Thanks, I'm hoping that we'll get some taller buildings up soon, to allow 2nd story access onto the walkway of the building. Until then though it'll just have the one entrance. Could be handy as a place for objectives though I guess.

Pathfinder Dubstyles: Yeah that's one of the problems with using craftsticks, it's really hard to get any woodgrain to show through. The planks on this were just cut from a balsa plank with a ruler and scalpel knife (no distressing). Dry-brushing helps accentuate any detail on the wood, but I find that balsa wood is naturally quite textured anyway. Try cutting up your balsa wood a bit, I usually find that the outside of a fresh bit of balsa doesn't have any texture on it.

Good looking scenery! How do you get that nice texture on the walls? Can't get ready-made textured paint around here, so if you (or anyone else) make their own I would love to know
