We have several from this forum now very active with our game. Death Squads is where Necromunda left off at and Gorka Morka. It is a true skirmish game based off the priciniples of Mordheim, Necromunda, GorkaMorka, Space Hulk, and Warhammer Quest. Yes, all of those. How you say? It took 9 months of work.

Mordheimer and I started by ourselves last August and I started on it back in June/July of 2008.

If you are interested in joining the group there are a few MUSTS.

1) You MUST have a regular gaming group.
2) Must be commited to playing at least 10 games for a campaign.
3) Must be able to provide feedback on gameplay and etc.
4) Must be able to tell the difference between bad dice rolling and game mechanics.
5) NO distribution of material outside your gaming group and your gaming group MUST be willing to adhere to all these requirements also.
6) I have more but this is the basics. If you have any questions just let me know.
7) If you have a special skill in graphics, designing counter or token and etc we could be interested in.
The rulebook covers EVERYTHING needed to play the game. We provided all the rules and examples to play the game, just like you would see in the Mordheim and Necromunda rulebooks.

We have four races: Imperial Guard, Imperial Renegads, Ork and Eldar. We have more coming but it took 3 months to balance these out to have worth while BETA Testing.

Again, other races will be coming but they may not operate like the rest due to their unique profiles (Nids and Necrons).

HELL YEAH!! Oh wait, I still have no gaming group What I do have though are 3 pages (6x A5 size) of Eldar fluff I need to write up and send you... Then the first narrative... then Eldar weapon fluff... and new warband ideas...

@BlackJack. Awesome! we are eager to view the data and put it to use. Keep looking at areas where some good fluff or stories (like Mordheim and Necro rule books). Again, Thanks.

@Cianty...sorry I missed you. Thanks. It is really coming along. Mordheimer has done an outstanding job creating an awesome rulebook for us.

If you can read a Mordheim or Necro rulebook then you can read ours. It is a very similiar "feel".

We have three more squads in the wings but we need to do this next campaign before we can move on towards them. One of them will be very exciting to many gamers.

Is me and one other person enough for a campaign?

My brother is interested in playing Eldar and me Orks. We'd have a fair few more players if my oher gamer friends weren't so darn picky about what army to use.

@fallen. Yea, that can work. Can you agree to points 1-7 above?

I want feedback, I want playtesting feedback, just like you would do in a MOrdheim campaign.

I would love to test play this, but my gaming group wont be getting togeather untill after may sometime due to our club being closed

Anyhow... go ahead and create Squads and see if the process needs some streamlining. Every little helps... check the group pages now, the list of possible future fixes is already very long and we got most of that from just creating Squads in preparation for the Campaign.

So... go to the Group, update your profile and create your page. Let everyone know what you and your models are up to!

Somewhere around the size of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir or a small town in France.

I've always viewed folks who get excited about "new" rules as people to avoid. HOWEVER, I'm ACTUALLY looking forward to previewing the Death Squad Rules. I will probably never be a 40K fan, but these do have potential as is & for possible steam punking. My observations of the way 40K plays are that it has a VERY Horse & Musket style game feel to the beasty [a GOOD quality from my perspective ].
