I blame you people....

I blame you people for this. I was perfectly happy going about my daily ho-hum life and then I had to check out a certain boring site and BOOM, I'm inspired. I'm inspired by the models, the scenery, the writing, the jokes, the commraderie (sp?) and all that. Now I have an idea in my head that is pounding like a kettle drum. Within minutes I had it all planned out. I'm about to start on it, but before I do, I need help from the very same people who infected me with inspiration Mordheim had docks. Several ships came up and down the River Stir to do trade. Well I remember hearing that Mordheim was kind of like the Applied Sciences capital of the world; fusing magic with innovation. Mordheim had several amazing centers of industry that were being studied. Did you know that several of the ideas in Nuln were tested in Mordheim? Did you know that Altdorf engineers were perfecting a massive public works program in Mordheim to see how sewage could be removed? Oh yes and there is rumor, long lost mind you, that one of the smaller ports actually had hydrolic powered docks! Seriously, I'm not making this up......well, almost.

The point being, I need some names for mad scientists...alchemists, cultural figures, explorers, etc. Any names would be greatly appreciated so that I could add them to certain spots on the table. Once it's all said and done, I'll post pics.

LOL. I wonder why I don't feel guilty. You really got me curious now and I'm so looking forward to photos of what you came up with.

Names of mad scientists, hm... how about "Tobias Gotfielt" - does sound like an Emperial name, doesn't it?

WELL DONE! It's ALWAYS a fine idea to have someone to blame. Since I've been a bad example to a fair number of folk for a lot of years, you COULD use me as a prime culprit.

I'll start jotting down names as they occur to moi & add them to the list. I've done up the chubby Reikland mtd./foot Captain & named him Claus Von Kummerspeck [kummerspeck, I'm led to believe, refers to a weight gain caused by emotional stress driven overeating; literally translation: grief bacon ]; feel free to borrow it.
