Emissary of Chaos?

Can anyone point me to a location for the Hired Sword details of the Emissary of Chaos?
Was it an official, semi official or purely house rule character?

It's originally from Fanatic Online, which I suppose would make it semi-official.

I think it's more healthy to think of all rules as house rules, however, just noting that some are more widely accepted than others.

Broheim is also good for including the Mordheim Community status ratings. 1A means GW official at the last rules review, 1B means GW published but not official, 2 means non-GW but well tested by trusted sources, & 3 means Experimental.

But yes, treating everything as 'House Rules' & just agreeing in your group what gets used is the best thing. There are big chunks of the last rules review I don't like, so I just ignore them, but then I'll pull in bits from elsewhere... Whatever's most fun.
