Maudeheim & Environs, Part III: Updated 06/14/20

After a weekend og sloth & idleness, I got some Mushrooms Green Stuffed today:


The Little Monk (10 mm) is there for a size comparison. These are much smaller Mushrooms than the last couple of batches:

I am back at work again so that I can excuse my lack of progress on collapsing after the long day.

Yesterday, despite a trip to distant Bee Cave, I managed green stuff the caps on the Mushrooms which will have faces on their stems, AND finished green stuffing a few of those with their faces on the caps:

Amazingly prolific, yet wonderfully silly

The silly part is the dominant feature of the Mushrooms. Thanks for the reply, Jim!

The last few days were largely spent dealing with cruel reality. I did manage to get all the MUshrooms & the supporting cast done up in white over black, These are the last of them:




AND The Gang altogether in The Box:




Given the opportunity, some of the Fellows may get painted &, possibly, based.  

I like the look of those little button mushrooms; they would look great on some of your scenic pieces.

Thanks, Codsticker...glad you like them. Some may wind up around the Woodsy Tavern I had started awhile ago. Some will be based individual...I am sure there are a few that will wind up at other Folks' homes.

Things are progressing slowly. I finally got the caps on the next group the way I wanted them AND finished two:

Thanks, Jim. You have to figure that this is about the only thing I do, but per day it seems like a lot is getting done.

Yesterday I finished up another of the Point Caps:


AND today I did the last of the Bad Morels...he had been hanging out since last October waiting for some attention:


The day is still young...I wish I could say the same.  

The first of today's & the last of last night's Mushrooms...the little ones were done yesterday:




As I work on the new Mushrooms, I will start basing the old ones...depending on distractions.
