Hi guys and gals,
I'm almost ready to start a campaign with my son, Cult of the Possessed v Reikland Mercs. I'm looking for some inspiration for naming all the troops... has anyone got a list, or a link to something that gives some good examples?
It depends on what you want out of your names. As you are playing possessed and your son is playing Mercs, German names would not be amiss. I tend to name my characters that way. For example my current warband is Ghutani tribesmen from Araby, so they have names like Babiars, Haroum and Abu.

Looks good. Naming all the characters in a warband always makes the game more interesting for me.

After scratching my head and not being particlarly inspired by some of the evil name generators online, I decided to use an online Thesaurus and English To Latin Dictionary to come up with some interestingly dark and culty names for my Possessed warband:
