Can a model sprint and leap?

Pretty simple rules question, but search didn't turn anything up.

Can a model with the 'Sprint' and 'Leap' skills use both in the same turn?

That is, can a model run 12" and then leap 1-6", or charge 13-18"? The RAW would seem to indicate yes, but given how powerful this combination is I wanted to hear some other interpretations.

move and leap, run and leap, or charge and leap, but
he can only leap once per turn.
A leaping warrior may jump over opposing man-sized
models, including enemies, and obstacles 1" high,

this case you must commit the warrior to making the
leap before rolling the dice to see how far he jumps.
If he fails to make it all the way across, he falls

Yes he can. When he charges and then leaps, that might even be a diving attack. Well if he did it off of a building, at least.

The model may sprint and leap.
