Albion Barbarians

Question has popped up and has us perplexed so I've come to the mordheim global hub to ask you all for help

What is:

Attack Howl: Barbarians always use war howls when
fighting each other. This Barbarian is a real master, capable of
imitating the howls of wild beasts. If a warrior with this skill
charges, he receives a bonus of +2 instead of the normal +1 for
charging.

whats the normal +1 for charging? i dont know about any +1!!!!

Sounds like the writer had no idea what he was doing or was very high. The warband is riddled with typos and oversights making me prone to discount the whole listing.

+1 to hit and to wound when dive charging perhaps? maybe the author was thinking WH40k +1A when charging...

I've never even heard of the Albion Barbarian warband, when was it released?
