hiding and shooting/charging hidden models

Just wondering if I have a skaven behind a wall and he is hidden the enemy can not charge him unless they are within 4". But if they have a movement of 5 and are 5 inches away, can they move 1 inch and then charge?

Say my character is hiding behind a long wall, and there is an entrance 5" away on his left. The enemy is on the other side of the wall and so moves through this gate and can now see my hidden character. Can he charge him now?

You need to declare a charge before you move, no?... you cant declare a charge against an enemy you cant see.

And you move charges before normal movement.

Oh I see, sorry just got confused, wasn't sure if I could do a move/charge type combo, good to see i can't!

Yes it makes it a bit more tactical
