Sorry, wasn't totally sure where to put this. I saw this box of minis on Ebay and thought I recognized them as belonging to Warhammer Quest. They were only ten bucks, I couldn't say no. It's like I bought eight hired swords in a single box! Does anyone know where they came from?

Thanks
Eric

They look like warhammer quest minis to me.

Yep, warhammer quest minis, GW sold them in a separate box when they still published the game.

Again, warhammer quest. 2000 edition. That was a kind of "aniversary edition" IIRC. THey re-sold the produyct for a short while to see if it catched market. It didn't and it sank again in the void.

Cheers,

Xavi

I thought these guys came from Warhammer Quest. I bought the box solely for the Norse Barbarian, I think he will end up being my Norse Shaman Hire Sword. There isn't a single model in that box that does equate quite will to a hired sword in Mordheim. Except for the witch elf, don't know what I'll do with her.

Are the rules and templates etc for Warhammer Quest available at all somewhere? Anything like pdfs with GW's other games. Googling seems to indicate that the materials necessary to produce Warhammer Quest and Space Hulk have been someone destroyed accidentally by GW. It looks like it could even be played alone. How great that would be for all us lonely mordheim gamers!

I regret not buying them now as I see their value but back in the day I didn't. LOL

Yes, to what everyone noted they were designed for Warhammer Quest and GW republished the models in this format.

They are part Quest part Talisman models... and really not bad for singlepiece plasic models! There was a monster/chaos/orc box as well each priced about 10$
