The piece that I show you is perhaps the one that, being made of gasbeton, turns out to be the heaviest also because it is high. It should be a gateway to the city, partly destroyed where the caretaker's house was. Always dug with a rasp and finished with an awl. It was not finished just because it is heavier and, even if the table would hold up well, I was wondering if to finish it. Its weight is 1.30 kg (2.87 lb). What do you think?

That is a SPLENDID Gatehouse. It has an abundance of charm & character. OUTSTANDING WORK!  thumbsup

It looks great. By "finished" do you mean more to it? ie more structure? As a structure I think all it needs is some way up the to the caretaker's apartment; I don't think it needs to be bigger.

I should create a shed in the destroyed part of the caretaker's apartment, the access steps to the door and a wooden extension to form an elle with the masonry structure

Looking at it, I'd say it's definitely worth finishing. It seems most of the way done (the engraving looks finished, for one thing), & any additions (like the wooden shed) won't add much to the weight. It could be a great centrepiece, once finished.

But if the weight makes it a problem, or just uncomfortable to use, then... Could you maybe drill out some of the gasbeton in the columns to reduce the weight? Don't finish it unless you'll be happy using it.
