It looks perfect for Mordheim, with wooden, two-story houses, walkways and a couple of rowing boats. I believe its already sold out but I'll keep on the lookout for one!

I'll be passing. It's a shame, as they'd be perfect for any number of things - EiF wilderness villages, Mordheim dock district buildings, low-income areas of Marienburg etc - but they're just too small based on the images on the GW site. They've been scaled properly for LotR, so they'll look silly to my eye next to my existing terrain.

has one of you bought it? I just came across it on the GW website and I'm thrilled to have one. But now I read Yodhrins comment and I'm afraid that I might be disappointed.. so - how small is it?

My wife bought me a few boxes last Christmas. Regarding the scale I can confirm that it's smaller than the "mordheim" scale but it's still better than most of the tabletopworld buildings I've seen. I think if you build a full area with laketown buildings only you won't notice the scale "issue". On the other hand, it won't mix well with other building kits such as the damaged village from escenorama or the medieval buildings from Ziterdes.
But there is a lot of district in the city of Mordheim...

Kibo is absolutely right. The scale is near tho the one of Tabletop World. These two ranges fit together well. If you mix other GW or Escenorama kits with this, le Laketown buildings will look like potting seds... wich may be cool too, after all!
