Ulfwerenar and Equipment

Hi again, the next question which i stumbled over:

The Ulfwerenar is specificially prohibited to use weapons and armour, but is he allowed to use miscellaneous equipment like say healing herbs, rope and hook etc...?
I would say yes, but who knows?

I'm not sure where the ulfwerenar is from or what the wording is exactly but you can compare it to the weapons/armour text for possessed and ghouls. It should fit in with one of the two.

Possessed: "None. The Possessed never use weapons or armor."
Ghouls: "Ghouls never carry any equipment, apart from a few bones which they use as primitive weapons."

Note the difference in the two. Possessed isn't prohibited from carrying equipment while the ghouls are. Possessed are therefore able to carry misc. equipment while ghouls aren't allowed to have anything at all, even when they become heroes.

There is the Wulfen from the Norse warband:

Quote :

Weapons/Armour: A Wulfen is a ravening beast of teeth and claws and may never use weapons or armour although suffers no penalty for being unarmed.

And the Ulfwerenar from the Norse Explorers warband (which is the better of the two Norse warbands):

Quote :

Weapons/Armour: Ulfwerenar are werecreatures with ferocious teeth and claws and may never use weapons or armour, although suffer no penalty for being unarmed.

Either way they are not prohibited miscellaneous equipment, just weapons and armor.
