I'm so weak

Damn Ebay and its glorious Auctions.

I gave in and bought the Assault on blackreach boxset, space marine battleforce and a squad of devastaters... all because with so many online E-shops their dropping prices and giving free postage.

Agh i say! I haven't even finished my remaining few empire models, or my repainting of Vansaar gang, or my Imperial guard!! or dug out and hopefully found my old bloodbowl team.. or my Battletech mechs!!

Anyone else get Weak sometimes? Because I know there must be others who have far too many models and Don't need anymore like Me.

Also looking to adopt someone to be my live in secret opponent in all these games. I offer hugs, choclate, pillow fights and assorted junk food snacks.

I have by far too much stuff lying around the place as well, unpainted minis waiting everywhere... but most of it are remains from the time I actually planned to play Warhammer and started collecting an Orc army. With my Mordheim warbands, things go pretty well, there are some painted ones and some half painted and things don't look as bad.
And with me not really wanting to spend huge sums on a single auction, I loose most anyway:) (This doesn't save me from spending lots of small amounts on minis, though...)

I know exactly what you guys mean, the only problem I've got most of the time, is money! So I dont even can buy them

just be happy you bought trough ebay! haha, I allways give in to the "offers" at GW or my local stores... buying models I never finish... (got 25 HE phoenix guard, 30 goblins a whole buch of bloody wood elves... and some 4TK crap)

Well, I'll add that I painted 80% of my bretonnian army, and built the trebuchets myself so they were really cheap... so that kind of saves me

hmm I guess I'm weak, too. Nobody to play with but a lot's of minis and projects to do.
I have several Necromundagangs (Goliath, Delaque and Orlock, each 10+ Members), freshly stripped and waiting for a new paint job, as well as my Haqqislam wargroup for Infinity.
Also there are several Blood Bowl Teams, mainly my dwarf team, which I cleaned and only half of it has the new teamcolours. That hurts me most to see it with all his special players and deathroller standing unfinished in my cabinet.
Then, of course my current Witchhunter project (next step is going to be the second hero and first henchmen group of zealots) and already aiming for an orc or possessed warband (or both ). And yesterday I started some terrain projects, that need to be finished (pics are coming soon )
And I promised a friend to start a GorkaMorka Mob , for which I finaly got the rulebook and digganob. Hmm so many minis and so few time

Warbands: Mercenaries, Shadow Warriors, Pit Fighters, Marauders, Orc Mob, Amazons, Skaven
A couple of Hired Swords and a few DPs
50 or so models from Confrontation minis
A dozen or more Reaper minis
A couple dozen Crocodile minis (Spartans, not actual crocodile minis)
1 Warmachine character (I don't know when I bought her)
and about two dozen Hero Clix, I swear I never played the game - they were given to me by my sister!

I would say I've painted roughly half of them.

erm, ahem...I thought you were restricting the weakness thingy to eBay. SO...to be honest in addition to about 3K pts. of Night Goblins [MAGNIFICENTLY painted ], I've got around 1,000 minis in backlog plus a dozen or so trays crammed to overflowing with bits. This represents about 1/3 of what I had about 6 years ago.

A couple weeks after my Old buddy Skip finished THE LAST of his minis, he suffered a massive heart attack & left us here without the Grace of his presence. SO... if you wish to prolong your life, at least for awhile, NEVER, EVER let yourself run out of minis to paint!

1 40k Inquisitor and retinue (painted)
1 40k Inquisitor lord on horseback (not actually in the rules, I just thought it would look cool...which it does!)
1 Clan Pestilens warband

The 40k bits are all finished (might put them in the sci-fi bit when I can be arsed to upload them to photobucket)

9/11 members of my warband are primed and ready to paint, one of them is ready to be primed and the final one is reaching the last stages of green-stuffage. Ok so there's a rat ogre I have planned and a giant rat that Tom's sending me but they're gonna be cheap (rat ogre's mostly gonna be milliput and green stuff with just a couple of plastic bits that I already have)

Oh and I also have that woman chained to a rock that was being given away, she's primed but doesn't really count because she was pretty much free!

The conclusion is that I'm doing pretty well for myself! I only recently got back into the hobby and I've made a vow to myself not to buy any new stuff while I still have things which are incomplete, I know what it's like to have mountains of minis left unpainted from the good old days about 9 years ago. I had so much stuff that just remained unpainted including a 40k land raider, a squad of metal terminators, a whole load of wood elf stuff, etc etc etc!

I think we do it on purpose. I'm already dying to get some more minis for the marine army.

Trying to build either the 4th or 5th ultramarine companies. so mainly tactical marines needed.

Realistically, I JUST want to paint as many minis AND create as much scenery as I POSSIBLY can UNTIL they pry the paint bush from my cold, Green Stuff coated, dead fingers; AND I intent to bite them when they try!
