That is an excellent question. I hadn't thought of it before...one of the reasons for the question's excellence, but I would say the cut off time would be midnight in Vienna...that's Tom's base of operations/home town. For those on this side of the Atlantic, there is a 6 hour difference between European Standard Time & Eastern Standard Time. | |
