I couldn't find this on the Specialist Arms website. You can find this article in the "Hired Swords & Dramatis Personae" folder within the SkyDrive linked in my signature as it is the article with the rules for the Kislev Ranger.

I don't have time to search for the scenarios that were in Fanatic Magazine 9 as I'm at work.

The old Specialist Games website was replaced with this website when GW gave up on Specialist Games. That might be why your link didn't work.
