Both models should strike at initiative value (as one has always strike first from charging and one from lightning reflexes). Then, the penalty for great weapons is added, so the model with the 2h weapon strikes last.

Your better skill would be Strongman for you 2 handed weapon user first. Then Lighting Reflexes could benifit you more.

Agree with the Captain & Shadowphx.
In my group, we play with the addition that Lightning Reflexes & Spears always strikes first at charges (whoever makes it), no matter the initiative value, but a double-handed weapon would negate this according to the Strike Last rule.
