Silly question #47 If I am forced to take a rout test due to loss of figures (and pass it), do I need to retest at the start of each subsequent turn even if I lose no more figures or has my warband 'stabilized'?

There is no "stabilized". Once your warband has lost 25% or more models, you MUST test for routing at the beginning of each of your turns afterwards, even if you lose no more models for the rest of the game.
