New to posting, been reading awhile.

Hello all, I am a new member but have been reading the blog and forums for several months now. I decided to register and participate and look forward to learning a few things from this community.

I started playing Warhammer and WH40K about 10 years ago and I remember reading about Mordheim when it was being developed in White Dwarf, still have the issues too. While my groups never played it I always wanted to give it a try.

Now years later I am returning to wargaming and Mordheim is the perfect fit for my sons and I. I also run a youth center and my gaming club is chomping at the bit to play. I have a bit of work as I will be doing almost all the warbands and terrain myself with the help of my teen son. So...

I have been collecting parts for various warbands that we want to play including:
Dwarves
High Elves (shadow)
Wood Elves (will have to try a few rule sets to find the one we will use)
Undead
Middenheimers
Bretonians
Orcs x2
Skaven

And terrain for 2 sites. No problem!

Great site, very impressed with the artistry and imagination displayed in all of your modelling!

PS Ashton- I used to game in Montana too, Helena. But travels have me in Washington State now. I miss Big Sky.

We'd love to see pictures of your games at the youth center once they are finished! Sounds really exciting!

Hey, and as everyoneelse has said welcome

If your needing quick terrain if its still there look in the terrain section, Cianty kindly posted scans fo the origional game and its expansions buildings, which when printed out, stuck to some 5mm foamboard and builtup make good starting buildings.

Or just go mad and make what you want. One good bit of info I was given on this site was make terrain which you will use every game first. No point spending months on a castle if its all you have
