LOOKIN' GOOD! The Big Lizard is more finely modeled than the painted model would suggest. His Little Associate is a SPLENDID conversion. OUTSTANDING WORK!  

MY someday view of gaming also has a never feel to it. Painting & modeling for the pure joy of it all is liberating though.

And done (one of them).

The Lizard Lad was, indeed, a GREAT improvement over the original...TERRIFIC WORK!
AND the Whatever is a VERY imaginative, Steam Punky creation. GREAT STUFF!

That's...awesome. So much so that it's actually a good thing IoB stuff no longer goes cheap on ebay or I'd be stealing the idea and starting a Skryre warband right now

That is one EVIL LOOKING Snake Guy. OUTSTANDING WORK!  

It surely looks better than the original though the black turned out a little "flat" imo. No shades or highlights. I know it's hard with black though.

Lighting and photo quality doesn't help.
The "Black" is a grey / Black mix which was then inked with Badab black and dry brushed with the black grey mix again with pure grey highlights on the face and the spines, probably too subtle but to be honest, I hate painting and the pre-painted plastic minis aren't exactly highly detailed to begin with so my enthusiasm to spend AGES on these... just isn't there.

While i've been painting the Nagas I was also working on these guys when I had the paint left over.

Looking good! The witch - is it from the Blood Rage boardgame? And where is the Necro from?

Yep blood rage, the necromancer is from the CMON game HATE.

Nice.

Something else new, an ogre thing and a giant skeleton towards the vampire hunters campaign which I may get to play after I retire...

The pair are very imaginative conversions. The will be SPLENDID pieces once painted. GREAT WORK!

Firstly, what are they? Secondly, don't answer that, I love them anyway. It's the sort of fascinating craziness where the Rule of Cool prevails over any other rules. They're really nicely done, great conversion work, & the painted versions seem to be coming on excellently. I look forward to seeing more of them, & maybe even having their existence explained!
