| An Empire house I "finished" a while back. Needs a little weathering and some ground work I guess, but I think I'm happy to leave it this monotonal brown. Too subtle or just too subtle enough, what do you think? All comments, criticisms or suggestions very much appreciated! Cheers ta... Matt | |

| Wow, soo beautiful! Awesome job! I love the walls, woodwork and the chimney are just perfect. The only thing I'd like to criticize is the roof: I think smaller roofing shingles would look even better. Anyways, it is a beautiful work! Thanks a lot for sharing it! | |

| Great work! I love the dreary paint job - just a beautiful building. That door is freaking awesome *pinch* Sweet chimney *pinch* I think the roof tiles are perfect. I only have two criticisms - if you can call it that: 1) It's a shame the building is not playable - but it's not HUGE, so this is really a tiny point. 2) You guessed it: take the base off . That little lip on the edge of the building makes it so you can't put models right up next to it (or they back lean out into the open) IMHO. I would gladly have that building on my board! Thanks for sharing. | |

| Oh, and I forgot to ask: How did you plaster the wall? What did you use?
THanks. | |

| this is a beautiful building! very well done, my friend! My only criticism would be the choice of colour. Like you said, it is too monotonous. In my opinion, your building is grey from all sides: the walls are grey, the roof is grey, even the wood looks grey because of the contrast with the rest of the building... Although this looks quite realistic, I wonder if it wouldn't be a "boring" building in the long term... I don't know what suggestion I could give you, maybe paint the roof in a different colour? but anyway, that's my opinion and my two cents! Apart from that, the door, the windows, the woodframe and the chimney look GREAT!!! | |

| JUST BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE EVERTHING about it especially the chimney! I tend to be of the bright color school [Class of '69 ], HOWEVER the monotone does give the building a twilight feel that is VERY much in keeping with the WHFB/Mordheim theme. Another GREAT MODEL, WELL DONE! | |

| Yeah, I like the colours too (I hated the colourful way Fantasy armies were painted when I started Warhammer during 5th edition - I started WHF when I saw the new Beastmen in White Dwarf, which had a proper brown dark style). For this building, it looks lovely dark and spooky. With a few more houses in a similar style I imagine this creates a very strong mordheimish atmosphere. | |
