I don't know how you're doing on extra gold, but I'd drop the bow from the necromancer and give him a sword, as he can only shoot or cast a spell in a given turn. However, if you know that his spell is not going to be used often, then at least give him a second dagger.
On the dregs, I'd replace their second, duplicate weapon, with an ax or a sword, so that they can parry or negate armor saves. You may consider dropping the zombie, who may have difficulty keeping up with the rest of the band, to afford all that.
Other than that, you have a good starting number and some solid close combat - it should be good.
