I bought this the other day at the LGS--$42, US. It is a nice modular piece (four structures, gates/fences/walls and some nice groundworks). For the price, I'd say it was a good buy.

I'm running behind as usual, but I picked one up myself. Think it was about £ 23 from Maelstrom (cheaper than from GW direct ... makes one wonder)

I've been thinking about a church with annex graveyard for ages now, but never seemed to get started.
I finally bit the bullet and ordered the sets of the Gothic buildings by Pegasus and the Garden of Morr from GW.

Concerning the Garden : people have different meanings about the skulls.
I for one didn't mind the "more skulls than ever" idea, but I think they're too much ordered. I would have like them more strewn around, in a random matter, more chaotic. The only one I didn't like was the skull in the iron gate.
But then again, I read reviews on the net saying just the opposite ; they only liked the skull in the gate, and not the others.
As for the box ; it has 4 sprues, of which 2 identical ones (which was a bit of a let down) ; just google "garden of morr"+sprue and you'll find images.
Not being a great fan of the overpriced GW for the last 5 or 10 years, I rather liked this set though.
As for Pegasus : anyone who doesn't want to start with Hirst and plaster may want to google "Pegasus + Gothic" ; plenty of images and inspiration to be found.

Ofcourse, it will take me another 10 years before I get the first lick of paint on the set, but I've been scraping away plastic for more than 2 weeks now ... ;-)

Captain, did you buy a set, and how far are you in the works ? I'd like to see your progress ...
(and maybe steal an idea or two ;-)

cheers

I bought one yesterday and finished assembling it today. What I got out of it was:

Sinister statue (For Warhammer, for Mordheim it's just a statue with some open ground around it.)
2 Lengths of Ghost Fences/Blessed Bulwarks for Warhammer. Long pieces, too!
A half walled-around graveyard, basically the 3 mausoleums with the walls on 2 sides.
Bitz.

Pretty good buy, I'd say. I wish there were more gravestones etc. in it, but overall getting that much out of it was nice. The walled graveyard can also be used as impassable terrain in warhammer, and just stand in a corner to shrink the table and look snazzy in smaller games. Otherwise It can be a building, I guess. With the Charnel Pit rules, maybe. Smile

Wish my OCD would allow me to do that, Kurg. Only GW stuff or stuff I've made myself for me! Though if I could find me some gravestone moulds and cast my own... Very Happy
