BTB - Prison Wagon and Horrors of the Underground

Hey,

Do Chaos Dwarfs/Black Dwarfs/Blood Dwarfs get to capture enemies in the Horrors of the Underground scenario even though the prison cart does not participate. I think it should be allowed because the warband still has a prison wagon but our gaming group is divided.

Yes, indeed. When we play the scenario we just place the wagons outside next to the tunnel entrance (not allowing the enemy warband to destroy the unguarded wagon just because they can, though).
